Norv Turner = Bust.
Norv sucks. I really thought he would help this team. Anytime a team is doing bad, the blame should always go to the top. He may be trying, but how can you let a former 14-2 team start out the season 1-2? I'm just disappointed and angry. Ted Cottrell (DC) needs to go too. Average points given up per game: 27.6

Norv Turner is a proven & excellent coach, I think it's his players' fault that they are 1-2 and do not have the heart & drive they did in 2006. When teammates argue on the sidelines after WEEK 3, there's an internal problem, and it's the players.

Norv Turner is a classic example of a coordinator who can't make the leap to the next level. The Chargers organization deserves everything that happens to them for firing Marty after finishing 14-2.
They didn't fire him because of the loss to the Patriots in the playoffs; they fired him because they have a vendetta against him. They're reaping what they have sown now.

He had a resume as a head coach, and it wasn't good. Why anyone would hire him above an assistant I will never know. It is going to be a long season for the Chargers.

The team has taken on the nature of the coach, a wuss. Never should have gotten rid of Marty, plus the coordinators.

Give him some time.
If I were you, I'd ask myself why did they change the coaching staff after a 14-2 season. But that's what everyone else asks.
