I agree with the idea that if a player is proven to have participated in or sponsered dog fighting they should be disiplined. HOWEVER, for them to start pointing at Vick holding him up as a dog fight participant is wrong.
1. Michael Vick's intrest in dogs such as Pitbull's doesn't mean he is fighting them. Many people own pitbulls as family pets and they are a very loving and caring dog if treated right. You can make any dog aggressive and mean by the way you treat them.
2. Just because the property is owned by Vick with his cousin living on it doesn't mean he actually knew what was going on. How many people have had family use them or take advantage with out there knowledge. The fact the man is gone alot problem made this easier.
3. While the humane society does have a valid proof about an undercurrent of dog fighting in NFL that doesnt mean Michael Vick is guilty due to association. Circumstancial evidence is not FACTUAL evidence.

We got some good additions, like Calvin Johnson, Drew Stanton, Manny Ramirez, Tatum Bell etc. What are your thoughts?

to me its a weird pick-up for the Pats and their organization. he certainly has the talent but jus switching to the Pats doesnt change his past 2 years. he is not a T.O that actually plays on sundays, Moss might not even show up to play some days. he destroyed Minnesota and Oakland, next up is New England.

Interesting note: Indianapolis gave up the fewest sacks in 2006 and won the Super Bowl. The Oakland Raiders (72), Detroit Lions (63) and Cleveland Browns (54) were the three worst teams in that category for 2006. And they ended up with the #1 pick, #2 and #3 picks in the draft. Looks like a team that does well in that category will do well during the season. (Too bad that didn't work for the 2003 Lions!)

These three 40 year-old guys were talking one day about what football positions in high-school they use to play! The first guy said, ''I played quarter-back!'' The second guy said, ''I played running-back!'' Well then the third guy said, ''I played AS$-BACK!'' Well the other two guys were like, ''What position is AS$-BACK?'' We've never heard of that position!'' Well the third guy said, "Well it's not really a position, it's just I used to stand on the side-lines, and I would ask my coach if I could get in the game!'' ''Well everytime I asked my coach that, he would always say, "BOY GET YOUR AS$ BACK!"

In the NFL, whats the difference in jobs between the SAM and WILL positions in a 4-3 D? I thought I heard that SAM does a lot of tight end covering stuff and WILL is against the run, but doesn't WILL play on the left side, which isn't usually where teams run? Thanks in advance :-)

Welcome to New England....stay focused and be your best. I am rooting for you! Don't let anyone get to you...you and Tom Brady and the team can go to this year's superbowl. I am a big fan of the Patriots and you Randy. Jeanne Testaverde (maybe second cousin to Vinny). You are with the greatest.

As an American I wonder if our country will ever embrace football for the great sport it is. I know American's are money hungry and do not like the lack of advertising in the games but why else do you feel that most American's reject football even though it is the greatest team sport on earth.
