i know the basic differences

In regular the field in 120 yards counting the End zones, in arena football the field is 70 yards counting the end zones

Also arena football is inside, and normal is outside (obviously)

Field goals are much thinner in arena football than in normal football

On kick returns in arena football, you must kick the ball into a net, and the returner must return the ball off the net. In normal football there is no net to kick into.

This is all i know though, i did my best

Don't listen to the other answers. Regular Football can be played inside. (Super Dome? Hello?)

Technically, the Arena Football field is bigger and there are many ways to score compared to the Regular Football field standards and point system.

Now in the game, Arena Football is faster-paced and more quick compared to regular football

The quarterbacks have to be more mobile and flexible. For example, the Philadelphia Soul Qb threw a pass on his knees. That is an example.

Also, the wide receivers can move around before the snap. So usually, the WR will back up 10 yards behind the LOS (line of scrimmage) and start running (this happens often) until he reaches the LOS as the QB snaps the ball . This gives the WR a head start since he is running before.

On defense, their are also advantages. The linebacker or defender can hit a WR into the wall and he can usually give a fumble.

lots. lots and lots.
Arena football consists of a 50 yard field.
Arena football has much shorter goal posts to kick through
Arena football has some of the loudest fans around
Arena football can also have some of the rowdiest fans around (just imagine an Oakland Raiders game or Philly Eagles game...indoors).
The rules are much the same, only modified for indoor play.
Picture it this way - a Metallica concert, while a football game is going on.

In regular football there is 11 players on offense and defense and a field of 100 yards. There are sidelines and a wider field goal and field. In arena football there is a 50 yard field and 7 players on both sides of the ball. The field and field goal is thinner. There are walls as sidelines and must be forced into it to stop the clock. Passing is more important than rinnuing. There are nets next to the fiel goals. When the ball is about to be hiked the WR gets a head start in the backfield. Also regular football is more popular than Areana Football.

Regular football has a 100 yard feild and arena has a 50 yard feild. Arena football teams have a 20 man active roster and players play on both sides of the ball. The field goal posts are nine feet wide. Their is a running clock when the ball goes out of bounds. It is also a much faster paced game.
