I think you're right, he's friggin' Jeckyl and Hyde! Chicago needs a STARTING QB! Rex is a serviceable back-up!

Welcome to being a Chicago fan. Take it or leave it, every team has some on again, off again player who you love to hate (Kerry Wood, Mark Prior, Rex, Mike Brown).

The question is not whether you like good Rex and hate bad Rex. Can you handle the package? The package is hard to swallow for many fans.

Unfortunately, good Rex is one of the best QB's in the NFL. Bad Rex might be the worst in the NFL. But he's better as a package than anything else the Bears have, and he just finished his first full season as a starter. We should see more of good Rex and less of bad Rex, if for no other reason than the Bears are working on more options for Rex - Olsen was a great first round draft pick.

The Bears are one of my favorite teams but Rex is the reason we lost the Superbowl. We had a power running game that was supposed to complement the passing game. We have a great o-line.

Rex sucks, Im pretty pissed this issue was not addressed in the offseason. The bears hate spending money and they don't even pay their own players. Thank God we have Lovie though.

Everyone likes a QB who preforms good on a CONSISTANT basis. If Rex keeps being good Rex and then all of a sudden becomes bad Rex it will not work out. He got lucky this past year. He is in the NFL and it wont work out like that for long.

Your question points out the very obvious inconsistent play of Rex. The Bears would be very wise to look hard for another QB. They have a great team but need a QB they can count on.

I think the only reason that the bears lost the Super Bowl was becouse of Rex.....Why Lovie kept him in is beyond me.....They should have put in Orton, the kid has nothing to loose, plus he went 5-2 when he did play. Not to bad 4 a back up................ Or heck maybe some one out in the stand, they could have done better than Rex did.........................And I'm a STEELERS fan

this is a pretty dumb question it's like saying "i like having a good quarterback more than having a bad quarterback" of course you like good rex better it would be stupid to say i like it when my QB has 3 interceptions.
