Im really becoming frusterated with the Patriots offseason moves. I really the Patriots cant win every year but its almost like they dont even try. My main concern is with the WRs because I feel like it wont get addressed this offseason. The pats have a ton of cap room and two first round picks, but the concesses is that the Pats wont go WR with either of those picks and with no decent WR in freeagenct the Pat likely wont address wr until after the 3rd round. I heard Rany Moss is going to traded and raiders are only asking for a 3rd round pick, which the Pats have two of. Unfortunatley its also been the consensis that the Pats wont go after Moss. I just dont understand the Pats mind set, are they serously considering going another season with Caldwell as the #1 guy. Theres no way a 3rd round pick could ever step into a 1st reciever roll and with no free agent and the patriots not interested in trading I dont really know what the other option is. Does anyone have any idea?

I understand the locals wanted this top high school kid to play at LSU but still he is free to choose where he wants to go. Do you think he is going to be treated poorly because of his decison or will the locals still support his choice?

Do you think that winning the Heisman in college is a jinx for anyone who makes it to the pros? There have been a lot of people who won the Heisman, but few have had a lot of success. Examples would be Andre Ware in '89 (bombed with Detroit), and Rashaan Salaam in '94. When you win the highest trophy in college football, you are expected to do great things but some never make it. Why is that? Some blame it on the trophy, others blame the hype, and then there are those who blame the player for believing the hype. On the other hand, there are those who don't win the Heisman, but have had success. Why do you think that those who win the Heisman become busts and those who don't, end up successful?

Did you know that the NFL does not allow out of home viewing on larger than a 55'' screen besides sports bars?

Fall Creek Baptist Church was denied by NFL officials of having a "Super Bowl" party because they were going to show it on a 12 ft screen.

Below is the article in the Indianapolis Star:

Mel Kiper is reporting that the Patriots and Raiders have a deal on the table where the Pats would trade Reche Caldwell and Richard Seymour to the Raiders for Jerry Porter and the Number 1 pick in this year's draft.. Apparently Belichick is enamored with Brady Quinn and wants to draft him as Tom Brady's successor... Is this a good trade for the Raiders???

the nfl wanted it and now they have it. with the salary cap and all the other restrictions they've put on owners, they've gotten so-so football. people say that they got tired of the same teams winning, i think that was a bad statement. there were fewer good teams, but they were great and the playoffs were great. think about the years of pittsburgh and oakland, or dallas and minnesota, there were alot of great playoff games. these games today are not won by exacution but instead by mistakes. i'm tired of seeing bad football

I feel so bad for the guy! Why are so many people treating him like he is a horrible guy or something? We don't know this person! Hey, I have screwed up at my job. I can't imagine mis-filing something at the office, and 150 million people wanting to punch me or calling me a jerk for it! Cut the guy some slack!
