It was just another in a long list of mistakes that the Superbowl organizers have made. The wardrobe malfunction, picking jacksonville to host, and now cirque de soleil? Ughhh.

Thanks for asking this question. My wife and I watched it together and were both confused by the strange show. I think maybe that particular type of entertainment works better on stage with all the special effect lighting and such. On a football field in broad daylight it just looks lame.

i'm not sure that it was for anyone. it scared me personally. looked more like a japaneese anime than a super bowl pregame.
