I'm a hardcore Eagles fan, but I must admit that I am annoyed that my favorite team is playing their most important game of the season on Christmas. Usually, I and probably most of us want to do other things on Christmas Day. Even Lito Sheppard, the Eagles CB, said that he didn't like the idea of playing on Christmas, but he just had to deal with it. I think that the NFL should give the players off on Christmas to be with family, and allow us to spend time with ours. But, I know I'll force myself to watch the whole thing. How do you feel about pro sports on Christmas?

okay two weeks left-- chiefs playing oakland in oakland, so it will be a good game-- it always is playin the raiders---- now we r 7-7 and with a win tonight and a win against jacksonville in kansas city, that would make us 9-7... is that gonna get us in the playoffs?

what other teams have to lose for us to get in?

Here's why i say this. Florida won its only national championship in the exact same situation that Michigan is in. In 1996, Florida played Florida st. on the road in the last regular season game, as a #1 vs #2 match up. Florida lost by 3 points. Sound fimilar? Well, thanks to some key loss at the end of by Nebraska, and Ohio st. beating Arizona state. they were able to play in a rematch for the national championship and won.

Sound filmliar, its the exact same thing that happen to Michigan except, michigan doesnt get to play

He can sprint, break tackles by the numbers and is very strong. He is number 1 in the nfc in rushing, and third in the league behind LJ and LT. But he averages more yards per carry than both of these guys with 5.5 yards per carry. I mean LT nor LJ can do that. And frank gore has hands, he also like a receiver. If he can average more yards more carry than LT or LJ, and be a good receiver, I think he is better than both of them. Gore also rushed for 100 yards, against the chiefs, chargers, and the BEARS. I dont think LT could do that against his own charger defense or against the bears. He has rushed fo 1491 yards, and would be the rushing leader, but has 100 carries less than LT or LJ. So technically, if he got as many handoffs as LT or LJ, he would be number 1. Who thinks frank gore is the best RB in the NFL? I do.

For some reason I think I've heard of a team that actually hit 100. What is the NFL's highest score, who set it and when.

For Aaron Kampman's first 4 seasons in the NFL it was his job as defensive end to tie up the tackle and guard to allow a linebacker to go for the sack. Now, green bay has switched his defense allowing Aaron Kampman to rush the quarterback. Because of this he leads the league is sacks. Now with his new job, do you think Aaron Kampman will continue to boost huge sack totals throughout his career. Also, has his job of tieing up tackle and guard hurt him in the past. And lastly, could there be other defensive ends in the league capable of doing what he is doing if there defensive job changes?

I am amazed at the die down of Romo-mania as of late. Everyone was ready to annoint him the next great thing. He had 2 real good games, then followed them up with 2 average games, then 2 stinkers. He has always got that sh-t eating grin on his face, and what he doesnt realize yet is that he is average, not even above average, at best. The entire NFL world was ready to bow down after he took over for Bledsoe, but the thing is comparisons to Bledsoe make anyone look good. My parapalegic, midget, amputee neighbor would look like Favre compared to Bledsoe. I cant wait until the playoffs when he gets lit up and the Romo bandwagon stalls in Big D.

As annoying as Madden is, Michaels makes up for it by being a genius. Gumble is just not football smart, and Collinsworth was a better receiver than a commentator, and that is not saying much. I guess what I am saying is a retarded chimp banging pots together be better than these 2 morons. Anyone agree??
