I'm a hardcore Eagles fan, but I must admit that I am annoyed that my favorite team is playing their most important game of the season on Christmas. Usually, I and probably most of us want to do other things on Christmas Day. Even Lito Sheppard, the Eagles CB, said that he didn't like the idea of playing on Christmas, but he just had to deal with it. I think that the NFL should give the players off on Christmas to be with family, and allow us to spend time with ours. But, I know I'll force myself to watch the whole thing. How do you feel about pro sports on Christmas?

A team will only play on Christmas once in several years given that only a couple games are played and Christmas in some years occurs mid-week when there would be no games. For example next year with Christmas being on a Tuesday I would think there would be no games (however I guess there would be a game or two on Christmas Eve). At least Christmas night Jet fans will have something to watch.

I'm kind of bothered. I work on Christmas, and then my family and I are going out to dinner, so there's a really good chance I'll miss portions of the Dallas/Philly game and the Jets/Dolphins game. I'm not really a fan of any team there except the Jets, but I am DYING to see the Dallas/Philly game because I'm a Giants fan, and I want to see Dallas win.

This is why TiVo is a wonderful, wonderful thing.

Well usually there is nothing to do on Christmas since all the stores are closed, and i dont have any extended family to go visit, so im glad football is on. Although, it does seem unfair to the players.

The Giants are worse than the Colts,Chargers,Steelers,Eagles and Cowboys and that all of them fell to the Patriots so basically because the Giants have the superb shot to conquer the Patriots interior the reuglar season dosent recommend they're going to actual pull it off

No,,. I love it. By 5pm most family events are over and we can chill out and watch the game while our food digests.... it couldnt get any better.

Unless the Cowboys play lousy, then my food wont be digesting too well.
