Of the provided list, I would go with the following:
Maurice Jones-Drew
Jamal Lewis
Joey Galloway
Michael Turner
All four here have strong upsides and, with their current teams (or in Turner's case a new team desperate for a RB), they have the most potential to become next season's big guns. I avoided the QBs because of injuries sustained or in Romo's case, the WR situation and his inconsistencies. Also, most of the other WRs on the list need another year before I would recommend them as keepers.

Hasselbeck: Off year in Seattle but next year will have all his weapons back and will be healthy, lets remember he was hurt for half this year and is still off with his timing because of it
Jones-Drew: Will be a stud RB for years to come, and I dont think Fred Taylor will be around much longer in the NFL so look for him to be used even more next year
Cotchery: Has had a breakout year and has more upside than any of the other WR on your team (Glenn is old, as is Galloway and Booker, while Clayton just is bad)
For your fourth keeper Its one of 2
If you start 2 QBs, keep McNabb, because even if he's not back till mid-year he can lead you deep into the fantasy playoffs next year
If you only start 1 QB go with Terry Glenn, because even though he is getting older he still has the skills and is a better option than anyone else on your team (Galloway is washed up, Jamal Lewis sucks, as does Ron Dayne, Booker is bad, and Turner is a backup)

I think you definately need to keep Maurice Jones-Drew. The RB position is without a doubt the most important position you need depth in. At any given point you can pick up a QB or WR in FA for a week but you can't do that for a RB. Drew is starting to show he is better than Taylor (that's right I said it) and I'm guessing Fred's age is catching up to him (multiple injuries this year).
Also keep McNabb. Pretty risky keeping high profile players like that since if they go down (which McNabb has done at least 3 times in his career) you're screwed. But McNabb has Stallworth, Brown, Lewis, Smith, and Westbrook. He gets some rushing yards as well. I think Hasselback is not a great fantasy guy since he throws multiple INT's. He has great WR yet still can't hit them. Plus, their offense is built around Shaun Alexander. And I think Romo is a fluke. He is slowing down even now. The past couple weeks like 2 TD's???
I think Galloway you also have to keep. He is old, but still lightning quick. If you can keep him, it will be much easier to draft WR next year. Michael Clayton (of the Bucs) hasn't lived up to expectations the last 2 years and his great rookie campaign is fading fast.
And my one you won't agree with, Mark Clayton. McNair is very pass heavy and Lewis doesn't get a whole lot of carries. Clayton is very young so his status should go up with more experience, a veteran QB, and great mentor is Derrick Mason. Opposing DB's know to cover Mason and Heap, leaving Clayton open. He has had 3 big TD receptions this year and I'm guessing many more next year when McNair gets another offseason to learn the offense more.

romo, jones drew, and michael turner
romo is only going to get better, and will be a solid option in 2007
jones drew will be the workhorse in 2007, and in his only second year, will eventually become a top fantasy rb. (do not let him go)
michael turner--turner will be courted by a number of teams in the offseason. (i am from n.y, both jets and giants are already talking about bringing him in) he has all the tools to be an explosive back, and unless u hear he stays in san diego, u should keep him, he will be a starter for another team. as L.T once said in an interview " if u think i am good, u have to see the guy behind me".
all of the other guys i would drop and make wr a top priority, u can move up in the draft to get a better wr, or it worse case, u might end up with a few of the wr from your last years team.

In keeper league need to look at player age, injury history, and predicted upcoming competition. Based on these factors I suggest keeping: Maurice Jones-Drew, Joey Galloway, Tony Romo, and Terry Glenn.
