No, I don't think so - no pun intended, but I think they've missed the Bus.

the only hope is for things to come down to a tie breaker and i honestly don't know what would happen in that situation. considering the steelers lost to denver it would really help if denver lost their next two games because based on tie breaking procedures if denver and pitt both ended 9-7 denver would likely win that tie breaker. it would also be great if jacksonville lost to new england and kc, which is likely because of how inconsistent they are, a tie breaker with kc would be great for the steelers since they stomped them this year. if pitt had to be in a tie breaker with cincy it would come down to common opponents most likely, again not sure what would happen there. and as it stands right now i'm thinking the jets will take the first wild card spot, but they may end up in a tie breaker too if they lose to miami. all in all i think things are gonna get really confusing this year with so many good afc teams, but if pitt continues to win, which i think they will, it just depends on what happens with the other teams, but the good thing is for us steelers fans is that they are playing better, and showing lots of promise, i have very high hopes for next year.

If they beat the Bengals and the bext two opponents but 9-7 making the Playoffs in the AFC is impossible unless lots of favors work for them.

If the Steelers make the playoffs then I'll start believing in Santa Claus again. Better chance of winning if you play the lottery.

They CAN, but I don't think they will.
Remember that many felt that last year's SB team was lucky to win it. Most had them out in the first or second round as a wild card team.
So, consider that last year they were really a so-so, average wild card team. And after that, this year they showed they are a below average wild-card team. That tells me it is more reasonable to say they won't make the playoffs then evidence they will make it.

they were give'n the super bowl, they didn't win by being a good team, they won the worst called game in the history of the nfl. this year shows how good that team really is. if they make the playoffs they will need the same refs they had for the super bowl joke.

Yes we can even though the odds don't look that good I truly believe we can as long as we win our last 2 games I think everything will fall into place for us to get a Wild Card slot.

They Can, if they put their mind to it, but I don't believe they have it like they did last year, the chargers & the Colts have a bit of a leg up on the Steelers to make it past wildcard.

As much as I'd love to see that happen, they dug themselves too deep of a hole early in the season to be able to amke a run for the playoffs now

the steelers can make the playoffs if, and only if, these things happen:
-first and foremost the Steelers win their last 2 games (Bal, @Cin)
-Cincy loses their last 2 games (@Den, PIT)
--or-- Denver loses their last 2 (Cin, SF)
-the Jets lose their last 2 games (@Mia, Oak)
-Jax loses their last 2 games (NE, @KC)
-Buf loses 1 of last 2 (Ten, @Bal)
Denver or Cincy & Pittsburgh would be the wildcards, it's the only way.
