if you love him or hate him, what's your honest opinion? i'm not a fan. (i'm a jay cutler fan) but i think he did a pretty solid job. not too many rookie QB's throw for 2 TDs and 253 yards and complete 62% of his passes in the first game. yes, he threw an interception, but not too many mistakes. but i think he's gonna still struggle. if peyton manning struggled in his first year, leinart will struggle too. he still has A LOT to work on, but he's giving some hope. and how about leading the cardinals down the field without very little time left and no timeouts. not too many rookie signal callers can do that. i think it'll take a while, maybe a few years, for him to be one of the elite passers in the league, but he's got a good foundation to start from. but he is a rookie, and he still must learn. plus, do you think they should stick with leinart the rest of the season or go with warner?
