I am a Calzaghe fan but am getting bored with his level of opponents. Lacy was a great win for him and he should now be looking to unify the division. Instead it looks like he will be fighting Manfredo Jr in March. Manfredo is ranked no8 by the WBO, so why does he get a shot above higher ranked fighters. I still say Calzaghe is the best super middleweight out ther but fighting people who is not in his league does him no favours. The IBF will be stripping him of his title which makes the Lacy fight worthless. I thought every boxers dream is to be a champion but there are too many fighters looking for the easy route and it is getting boring. What happened to pride in boxing. Sadly it is a corrupt sport that is all about the money.

I believe Nigerian Ljeoma Egbunine and American Anne Wolfe would be her best challenges.

She has taken softer smaller opponents of late. She seems to prefer the "Great White Hope" fights instead of taking the #1 challenger fights. Still, I love watching her fight... What do you guys think would be a great matchup that you would want to watch?

welterweight champion. Cotto is fighting Quintana for the vacant WBA welterweight title. I've heard some smack talking about Cotto whom I think is a fine young fighter with a promising future. If Cotto was willing to drop back down to jr. welter how would he fare against a sheltered Ricky Hatton( I hope Ricky isn't bringing his personal referee Vans and the handpicked English judges to Vegas when he fights Urango) and an extremely respected and tough fighter Jose Luis Castillo? I happen to think Cotto could be one of the better fighters in the jr. welter and welter divisions for years to come. Let's hear some well thought out answers and a little smack talking because I'm ready.
