I believe Nigerian Ljeoma Egbunine and American Anne Wolfe would be her best challenges.

She has taken softer smaller opponents of late. She seems to prefer the "Great White Hope" fights instead of taking the #1 challenger fights. Still, I love watching her fight... What do you guys think would be a great matchup that you would want to watch?

I had to laugh when i read this question. I would be "awesome" too if i fought people who were 20-30 lbs smaller than me in almost every fight! That's like Jermain Taylor beating Ricky Hatton and Miguel Cotto and Diego Corrales and bragging about being the best middle weight in the world. All Laila does is run her big mouth about being so great and then avoids the toughest competition(sound familiar Mayweather fans?). She doesn't want to fight Ann Wolfe! Plain & simple! She was rattled several times against a novice fighter like Jacqui Frazier. Can you imagine if Wolfe hit her that many times what would happen to her? She would be in la la land! And commish g, what's your point? Yeah, Wolfe lost to Mahfood(whom she beat in a rematch, by the way) who Laila beat, but Muhammad Ali lost to Norton and Frazier, both of whom George Foreman destroyed. And we all know what happened to Foreman against Ali. It's about styles, and Wolfe's style would give Laila fits! She's strong and she would walk thru hell to knock Laila out! Laila would box, but Wolfe's strength and power would soon get to Laila. And let's remember, Laila doesn't have the greatest defense in the world, she is not her father. Even Christy Martin hit her at will, she was just to small to do any damage. Well, Ann Wolfe isn't small and she will knock Ms. big mouth out if she ever gets that chicken in the ring.

Once I asked a question about Laila Ali's dominance. Some one very itelligent told me about Ann Wolfe. That person was you, and if you are always right, I'll stick with your answer.

Howard ~
Ali is ducking Anne Wolfe and Leticia Robinson. Robinson will knockout Robinson in less than 5 rounds while it would take Wolfe a little while longer. So afraid of Robinson is Ali, that they (Ali camp) had a contract on the table, with Ali getting almost all of the purse (A unheard of 75%) and after Ali and her husband seen Robinson dispatch her opponent, who was suppose to give her the toughest test of her career in less than 2 rounds the offer quickly came off the table.

Ali is a coward, she is disrespecting her fathers good name by enjoying all of the benefits of his name, but not willing to fight the best competition. Could you imagine Muhammed not fighting the likes of Foreman, Frazier, Shavers and Liston for lesser competition? His name wouldn't even be mentioned in the same sentence as Joe Paluka.

Thanks for the question Howard!

No one can beat her and it's not that she chooses to take on certain opponents. But, the money isn't like that for men so you definitely have to take on the opponents when the price is right and I don't blame her. She hasn't really shown any weaknesses and boxing is still boxing despite the sex and anyone is capable of beating anyone with 1 hit and she hasn't let her guard down and is dedicated to being the best and not overlooking anyone.

I don't think anyone will Knock her out. Laila Ali is too good.

I'm not saying she'll never be defeated but I don't think it will be by KO if it happens.

Anne Wolf would be a good match up and I'd hope they would put it as an undercard to a good Heavyweight Title fight.

Laila Ali comments on all the haters, "People are going to be harder and quicker to judge me and have negative comments. All that does is fuel my fire and make me work harder. There are always naysayers. You've got to remember that a lot of people out there are waiting for you to fail. It makes me work harder." http://www.askmen.com/women/models_200/202_laila_ali.html

I would like to see Ali fight Leatitia Robinson also, just to shut the critics up. Ali would Knock Robinson out. Let's look at common fights between the 2. Against Casandra Giger, Ali KO'd her in the 8th. Robinson got a UD. Against Niki Eplion, Ali KO'd her in the 3rd. Robinson got a UD. Against Valerie Mahfood, Ali KO'd her in the 8th and KO'd her in the 6th in the 2nd fight. Robinson got a UD.

In fact, Laila Ali has KO'd ALL of her last 12 opponents. Nobody has gone the distance with her since 2002! Laila Ali is definitely one of my favorites!

Laila wants no part of Ann Wolfe or the fight would've been made by now. Trust me on this. Laila is the name and the face of women's boxing and believe me, if she really wanted to fight Wolfe, she could. She knows what's in store for her if she does.
