I really don't understand it. Last year, I knew people picking them to get all the way to the Sweet 16, and this year, I'm seeing some of the same things!

As far as I know, they've never done anything in the NCAA Tourney to begin with.

So why does everyone pick them as an upset?

What do you think is going to happen in the bottom of the nba standings. i'm a huge celtics fan so im praying they get the number one or at least the number two pick but with the lottery but we all know how that works or else we'd have tim duncan. whats your prediction?

I feel that they might like upset UNC assuming they both make the sweet sixteen.

It happens every tournament, it seems : a 12 knocks off a 5. Who ya got this year?

Midwest : (5) Butler vs (12) Old Dominion
West : (5) Virginia Tech vs (12) Illinois
East : (5) USC vs (12) Arkansas
South : (5) Tennessee vs (12) Long Beach State

Choose one, tell me why, and the first person to nail their pick will earn 10 points.

If he plays in a game, he will be unstoppable with my gameplan...

step 1: walk(i know he cant run) underneath the opponents' hoop...(From what i know you cant stop a person without the ball from moving where he wants to, so this step has a 100% pass rate)

step 2: catch that pass from a teammate( i know, heres the tricky part but how difficult can getting a pass be when youre 7'8 and have large hands??)

step 3: stand on tip toes and dunk, others have to jump to block so he pratically has infinite "airtime" to dunk so im guessing it wont be hard...

i know he has low stamina so play him a few minutes a time...hows this gameplan???

Steve Nash can score and pass.

Jason Kidd can score, pass, and rebound.
(NBA's 2nd all time in triple doubles)

Although I enjoy watching Steve Nash play, if the NBA keeps on giving him MVP, it is not fair for Jason Kidd. He had 10 tirple doubles this season and it is not even over.

I'd take KG & Steve Nash. In this combination, both can excel at their games. KG the inside game, Nash the dish. You've got athletism, creativity, speed, and clutch performances. Downside maybe Nash's D and KG's lack of playoff experience.

Others to consider are:
KG & James (This is a good duo, but James lack accurate shooting. Also not a clutch shooter)
Nash & Yao (Yao can benefit from all the dishes from Nash. Both are great shooting players. Yao, though is not athletic and is prone to injuries)

What are your choices?

I actually picked Notre Dame to beat Florida into the Final Four. I kind of have a personal grudge against Florida colleges and their boorish frat-type (oh I'm sorry the PC word now is "party") students so I hope the luck of the Irish will follow them far enough to kick Florida's butts.

Ok, so i have already decided, so please dont try to persuade me or talk about other teams here, but I have Florida vs. UNC in the championship with UNC beating Florida. What do you predict the score to be, with UNC winning?
