Who has the better bet to win? Im really debating this one.

Anyone who thinks that the Pac-10 is the best conference in NCAAB is insane. That is definately the ACC. Other than UCLA, the Pac-10 is overrated.
But back to the point. I picked Notre Dame based on two things. One, Oregon stumbled into the postseason. The second half of their season lacked the luster of their first half, and other than USC, they didn't play a good opponent in the Pac-10 Tourney. Two, Notre Dame has gotten much better as the season's gone on, and they score way too much for Oregon to keep up with.
Oregon could win, but I picked Notre Dame to upset them.

I'd say Oregon is the better bet. If Brooks, Porter, Hairston or Taylor light up then the game is pretty much over. Ducks could win by up to 30. However, they are an extremely unpredictable team, and you are right to hesitate before picking them immediately.

That is a tough one. I watch many Pac-10 games and through that, I think that Oregon can pull this one off. They pulled off a big upset vs. UCLA when they were still undefeated and they had many other good games. They also finished off the season strong, winning the PAC-10 tourney, one of the strongest conferences in the country. It is tough to predict, but I would go with Oregon.

Oregon pac 10 is the toughest conference by far and their is a chance of seeing 2 pac 10 teams in the final four

Oregon. That game would be in Spokane, WA, less than a few hundred miles from the Oregon campus, so there will be a lot of Oregon fans there.
