CBS has all rights to the NCAA Tourney through 2011. So count on CBS hosting the games, plus DirecTV, Dish Network, or Comcast Digital Cable to have a March Madness package through CBS to watch games.

CBS, with the Directv package they just allow you to pick up all the regional CBS feeds and it just has them all on different channels.

Yes, although DirecTV and some cable operators have a package that lets you see all the games on multiple channels.
CBS will scroll through the games to bring you the best one. It's probably easier (and cheaper) that way.
