Who do you feel supports the constant changes? It has been "pushed" totally from the "stock" into something none of us can relate to from the car aspect. Who "likes or supports" this development? I do not feel it is based on the "fan" support of change, at all. Most thumbs down the today Nascar from the past. Could it be the Owner and drivers are they happy with today Nascar?

Has Brooke Gordon, ex-wife of Nascar driver, Jeff Gordon ever remarried or had children? Where does she live currently? P.S. Please only respond if you have a serious answer. Don't say "who cares" or "she's living off of Jeff Gordon's money".

I think these are the tracks that Toyota are going to really struggle at... Theres only 2 yota's locked into the field next Sunday.. and theres going to be 53 cars trying to qualify.. I say top-finisher will be 29th.

This past Daytona 500 is the firts race I ever watched, and I really liked it. I guess I need a favorite driver now to make it even more interesting.

I am a big nascar fan and does anyone find it suspicious that Harvicks Goodwrench sponsors don't sponsor him anymore. To me it almost seems like they are waiting for Junior to join Childress Racing so they can sponsor him and maybe bring his dads car out of retirement. I think that would be the coolest thing ever. Anyone else think this?

Why didn't NASCAR follow their own rules and throw the caution flag on the 500? Mark Martin should have been the winner of the race. They have done it in other races, why not this one?

I remember like 10 years ago the biggest thing in racing was the Indy 500 but nowadays nobody seems to care as much and I think more people go to and also watch the Daytona 500 on TV. Is that true?

If team-mates went into the final lap positioned 1 and 2 , in the final race of the season , and Driver A could win the Nextel Cup with a first place finish , Driver B. ( his teamate ) would take a dive for him every single time . No debate .
This makes Nascar a complete fraud .

they said if there was a pileup a caution would come out and the field would be frozen. Nascar lied. and mark and all the other racers who love him and honour him, let him lose. he is nascar, and those who beat him should be ashamed. too bad this time they wont get petty, as they did with other things. as far as i am concerned, mark won the race. dont give me sh*t about how racing is racing and no one gets a free ride, because Mark deserved to win, and others are scum now.

Does anyone know why the payout for NASCAR does not start at the top and gradually become lower amounts as the finishers come in, for instance...while Joe Nemechek (7th) finished one spot ahead of Jeff Gordon (8th) for the Daytona 500, he made $302,008 compared to Gordon's $403,497, and there are many more examples as you work your way down the standings. Keep in mind, I understand that a pole winner would get more, but why would just another driver with a worse finish make more?

My problem I rememeber when Nascar was "stock car" racing and today anything but. For me it is very disappointing and becoming less interested in this push to "IROC" racing. How about returning to stock car, front wheel, rear wheel 4 cyl, or 6 cyl what ever is sold on the floor as performance, race it?
