No, I was the one wearing ziplock bags for shoes and puking into a hefty bag. I also smelled like porta-potty chemicals. I didn't even see the end of the race. Lord, what a weekend.

Maybe you saw my truck. It has plywood doors and there was a 7x9 metal storage building tied to the rear that we slept in. Some nut spray painted a big ole number 3 on the sides, though. It actually worked pretty good until it fell off on I-10 about 75 mph and busted up into about 30 thousand pieces as it tumbled off the side of the road. (and NO we didnt dare stop). What a day...

Clevis, no I didn't go to Daytona but if I had you would have been easy to spot. I took a similar trip to Charlotte a few years ago. Everything went wrong but what an experience. Do you really think you're going to have grandchildren?
