For some reason, my employer has tied part of our quarterly bonus to the performance of NASCAR drivers. My team's driver is Greg Biffle; how will I do come bonus time?

All around, Greg Biffle is a good driver. Rotten season last year by comparison to previous ones, but everyone has slumps, and he's only human.

Biffle is a threat to win at many race tracks throughout the year, and in the absence of winning is capable of posting some good finishes. He's also capable of dominating races from start to finish.

If your bonus is tied to the #16's performance, I wouldn't count your money yet (nobody has a crystal ball, after all), but dreaming about it wouldn't be such a bad idea.

Greg Biffle is an average driver. He has had some pretty good moments in his career (especially at Homestead Miami Speedway). Biffle has also had a ton of bad luck for many seasons, including wrecks, bad pit strategy, and car failure. However, under it all, I think Biffle has a latent talent that will someday show itself. He has a lot of potential, and he just needs the chance to show everybody what he's got.

Greg Biffle is a great driver, not intimidated and has his best racing years ahead of him. He reminds me of Geoff Bodine back in the 1990's. He drives a car until it breaks and says give me another. That's probably why Avis or Hertz won't sponsor him.

Biffle is a good driver. He had a lousy season last year, so for your sake I hope he does better this year.

You can't deny his skills, i'd love to race like him.

But he is in NO WAY a modest driver. He complains just a bit too much, who doesn't, but still he kind of takes it too far, but he is no tony stewart from a couple years ago.

If last year is any indicator.....don't go buying that new house just yet. You may have a hard time affording a cardboard box at bonus time.

Inconsistent. He does well in some races and is capable of winning. But he also has problems with finishing poorly. It will be tough to tell.
