Depends on who you speak to. I prefer the Daytona 500. It's the Superbowl of NASCAR. Although that doesn't make sense since it's at the beginning of the season, but whatever, that's what it's called.

Some question you posted here. For those that say that NASCAR is the biggest event between these two or any sporting event ya need to get off ya *** besides sitting there 3+ hours every sunday just to watch guys go around around 200-500 times a race. Hopeing to see some guys crash their cars and very possible kill themselfs!
There's no sporting event in the world bigger then the Super Bowl, NASCAR racers show, NBA players show, NHL players show, Millionaires show, how many of those 4 show for Walkins Glen, or the Pepsi 400, or NBA All-Star, or hell even the NHL Championship game?

the superbowl is the most watched show in america every year, the the daytona 500 is slowly gaining. i haven't seen the TV ratings for the 500, does anyone know where i can find them?
ok, i just found them. a very disapointing 10.1 rating, lower than last years 11.3, and far lower than the superbowl.
note to sky flyer: the 500 was broadcast in 90 countries yesterday.

nicely considering the fact that nascar does no longer have a super Bowl, it incredibly is the closest that they might get. Daytona is appeared forward to for weeks in the past they start of the race very like the super bowl is appeared forward too a million-2 weeks in the past the interest. additionally most of the previous race winners come to observe the race only like previous super bowl winners come to observe the super bowl. With the time best as much as the race in addition they get to tell the story of years previous very like they do with the super bowl. as quickly as the season starts they bypass from song to song for 40 weeks or so, and the get entry to to the drivers, and the time they could communicate with reference to the race is way less from right here on our. Plus it incredibly is the place Nascar incredibly landed on the map, and it between the main important races of the 300 and sixty 5 days, quite often because of the anticipation that leads as much as the race. they could call each and each week after the Daytona 500 the pro bowl because of the fact thats only approximately what that's! bypass 24

I've never been to a superbowl but I DID go to Daytona this year. I'm not sure they will ever let me back there again, though. You will have to read my 360 blog for the whole tragic story.
