During a robbery at the Home Depot in Tustin, Ca, the store assistant night manager, Tom Egan was shot and killed. He had stayed after his shift was over and at 10:00am he heard a commotion in the store and came to see what was happening and was slain by the robber. It was the teams way of showing respect for a Home Depot employee.

Home Depot Marketplace store manager Tom Egan was shot and killed in his Tustin, CA store by a man who was attempting to rob the store. He was killed on Friday February 9, 2007 and is survived by his wife and twins. What a tragic event.

I'll bet he was on Tony's mind a lot that weekend.
