Okay, last night my boyfriend and I were in a local park and when we got to my car things got a little out of hand and it wasn't planned. (We didn't have sex but some items of clothing were missing). Well an officer just happened to drive by and he questioned us, wrote down my boyfriends name and ran my ID. They did not write us any tickets and did not arrest us. They asked me why we were there and said that we could not be there and they asked where we worked. They said it was fine but not to do it again.

The only problem is my boyfriend is illegal. We are both Mexican but he is illegal. I am really worried now that they will try to find him and deport him. Do y'all think this is possible and are they allowed to show up to our jobs and tell our employers about this event? Can you be deported for this action, besides the fact that he is illegal. Please no rude comments, I love him with all of my heart and this really worries me. Thank you.

They did not arrest him.

wouldn't we have to have evidence (not just faith) that there is a God---evidence that does not include any info from the Bible...it is flawed logic to "prove" the existence of something by the existence of the thing ur trying to prove...

I'm chinese, my sister is getting married in May, but this is the first time I'm attending a traditional wedding as an adult, but I'm not sure about weding presents, I'm already planning to give her 500 dollars, do I still buy her jeweleries? Since she's my biological sister??

Amazingly, I find myself in a debate over who makes a better donut. I thought I'd run it by the Y/A community. So, which do you prefer?

In case you are wondering, Krispy Kreme is not an option because both sides of this debate agree that they suck. (Sorry, they really do.)

When we were young, say in our teens, we think about attaining that dream job someday, a job which we would really enjoy. But how many of us really pursue it? And do those who pursue it achieve this dream? Do things turn out as they hope? Or is it that only those lucky few will get their perfect job?

For those people who did not pursue their youthful ambitions, did they give up because they've become more realistic and realised that their youthful ambitions were too idealistic? And do they regret not pursuing their youthful ambitions?

they always quote their state laws, their currency, their politics as if they are the only people in the world that use the internet.

for example:
I asked, as it was topical, should decendants of slaves receive an apology....

i was shocked by the replies by people calling me "liberal", some getting very nagry with me, saying i didn't know what i was on about as in some state or other they have already done it...etc, etc!!

i even asked about adoption in the UK and got americans talking to me as if i were from the US.

is is arrogant to think the rest of the world is american?
I always log on th yahoo UK yet it still happens...



has anyone else noticed this?
