Why do women have such an easier time getting shoulder rides at a concert than men? I am a petite man who weighs the same as most women (120 pounds) and I enjoy riding on someone's shoulders at concerts just as much as women for a better view and to make pictures. WHAT CAN I DO TO CHANGE THIS FOR MYSELF??? THIS IS NOT FAIR DONT YALL THINK?? PLEASE HELP!

HI.
I don't really know much.
Can't think of new things and reading books is kinda hard.
When people use difficuilt words like "irony" I have to look it up in a dictionary -but then forget it an hour later.
I have no idea about politics, animals, or music groups.
When people talk I always think "huhhh? "
I never really understand jokes until it is explained very clairly.
Basically I don't know much and wouldn't know how to produce anything.

Would you describe me as "dumb"?

people are most stuck on themselves? i'm from california, but currently visiting texas. and it's unreal here. everything on the radio, tv, or in person is texas is bigger, tougher, etc. don't even try to initiate a conversation about a subject that doesn't revolve around texas with someone here. they've got shirts, hats printed up with such slogans as "**** y'all i'm from texas"!!!!!! if you've done some travelling, have you encountered something similar to this in other places?

I have a co-worker ( a supervisor but not mine) who annoys the hell out of me. She can turn any comment into a sexual innuendo. For example. My friend Jimmy owns his a business. He was hired by my company to install new lighting. I said to him "Hey Jimmy, I hate my job. Will you hire me?" He said "what are your skills?" I said "I could follow you around and hold your ladder." She said "She could hold your ladder alright, hehehe" Someone could say "I'm going to play a basketball after work" She will say "Oh, you're going go play with your balls! hehehe" SO ANNOYING!! This goes on all day. What is the best way to handle this woman?

I know this sounds like a stupid question but i'm sure there are alot of people out there like me who feel a little bit lost and don't know what to do!
I know i like drawing and thats one thing but what else?
I mean one other thing is i have been thinking about joining Wing Chun because i've always loved Bruce Lee but when i think of the prospect of me training in that kind of enviroment (i'm not sure if i'm writing this properly) it sounds quite daunting! Maybe i just have to go down there and see for myself.
But what else?
What fun things are there to do and i'm not thinking of drinking or taking drugs!!!

extraordinary,10yr olds,I think its terrible that callums mum can expect him to do everything,I have a 22YR OLD daughter,who has learning difficulties,and also have a 13yr old son who is fine but I wouldnt expect my son to do anything for his sister,I want my son to have a life,not be a carer as callum said,it would be good if carers came in and looked after his mum ,what do you think if you watched the programme.

Why is it almost every time someone disagrees with an American policy, or challenges something in the media, there's always at LEAST one person who says "You know if you lived in [insert third-world country's title here] you could be killed/lynched/tortured, so you're lucky you live here, and we tolerate [insert uncalled for choice word] like you."
That's all good and well, but what's the point of having free speech if you're going to call me out on it everytime I utter something you feel is un-American?
Anyway, I just wanted to know if anyone else has dealt with this kind of idiocy.

We no longer grow our own food. We no longer walk to our destinations. Cleaning our houses is less physicalloy demanding. We can ride elevators rather than climb stairs.
Is technology to blame for the poor physical condition of Americans. Who do we place the blame on.. Technology or Humanity..?
