Do u know how these bears learned to 'dance'???

They are stolen from the wild - originally by the Bulgarian gypsies - & forced onto hot coals, thus making the dancing motion. They are beaten & have a chain put through their nose which inflicts unbearable pain to the bear when pulled.
These poor animals suffer every day.

A few years back, Bridget Bardot managed to get the Bulgarian government to ban this. But they had to pay the gypsies who keep these bears a substantial amount of money to get the bears back. The bears are then taken to special 'dancing bear parks' where they have animal counceling & are looked after properly, although they are too mentally damaged to ever be released back into the wild!

On the other hand, hope u enjoyed Bulgaria - I went for my honeymoon in June last year & found it to be the most beautiful country I have ever visited!
Fortunately I didnt encounter anyone with a dancing bear!

Unfortunately it isnt a wonderful experience and the Bears are treated inhumanely.

It is actually illegal in Bulgaria to use Bears in this way, and the Bulgarian government have set up sanctuaries where they let show bears live the remainder of their life in peace if they have managed to catch the owner.

Erm not really, I think its cruel. They have chains with hoops through the bears noses and other flesh parts. The pain this causes when tugged on is probably beyond anything any of us can imagine, thats why they dance, maybe out of pain...

Unless these bears have no chains attached and do it all from a good natured trained point of view, then I don't agree.

No and I am glad I have not. The bears are starved beaten and abused to make them dance. Most have chains running through their noses and lips so that their cruel owners can control them and they are taught to dance as cubs by making them stand on roasting hot plates.
I am sure that you know all this however and you were trying to get a reaction from this question.

" has anyone else enjoyed this wonderous experience ??? "

It is one of the most cruel treatments an animal can bear (no pun intended).

It has been outlawed in most countries and your support for it just prolonges the bear's agony.

Try reading up about it.
