First of all tell her that you do not like those kinds of jokes and that they make you uncomfortable. Secondly do not laugh at them and pretend that they are funny. She probably has no idea that she is annyoing you. When you speak to her be tactful and try to keep your personal feelings out of the situation.

Since you're a guy I doubt you're going to want to go into Human Resources and whine about a woman making sexual comments.
This woman wants guys to like her so bad that she is saying nasty things she thinks guys want to hear.
So her main problem is self-esteem.
You might just confront her yourself one day in a casual sort of way and say something like "you know, guys would really go crazy over you if you stopped talking like a guy. That's such a turn off."
Hopefully that will make her stop and think a moment. She's sabotaging herself.
My husband came across many women like this when he was in the Army. These women were trying to be like all the guys instead of just being themselves.
Which reminds me....you should also make a special effort not to make sexual comments around women because that only perpetuates the negative idea women have about men. This woman you work with is obsessed with sex because she thinks all men are obsessed with sex.

Is she channeling Beavis and Butt-Head?
What a loser. That's so LAME!
Talk to your supervisor, I guess. Tell your sup you're tired of this person's rejected jokes from Three's Company and you'd like her to be more professional.
Geez.
I'd think you were making this up, but I know pretty much every office has one of those dopes who's just too oversexed in the joke department.
I don't mean the OFFICE joke department. What office has a joke department? I'd like to work in a joke department.
Just talk to your higher-up.

Firstly, just try approaching her and telling her that you are uncomfortable with such comments. She may speak like that socially, and not realize that she's doing it. Give her the benefit of the doubt, but if she continues after yo speak to her and she doesn't respond well, go to hr, or whom ever is next up from her.

Anonymously get a bunch of flowers or a balloonogram sent to her at work with a card that reads...
"This is the award, for always turning every conversation into a LAME sexual innuendo. Thanks for giving others a reason to raise their eyebrows when you leave the room."

Record some of that nonsense in secret, and then when you have enough evidence, sue the bejesus out of them!
Then buy a yacht, name it after the harasser and sail around the world.

That sounds like a problem for Human Resources, get them involved, that's what they get paid to do, handle situations like that.

Come straight out and tell that person that it bothers you and ask them to stop, you could print off this question you have made to us and put it on her desk.
