Ok I know why they join a gang but geez these idiots are killing people over land and territory they don't own. I mean how stupid do you have to be to join a gang. Ok you have 3 places to go,1 to jail,2 dead,3 or get shot and not killed. Wow good place to be you would have to be an idiot to want that. Why don't these people clean there neighbprhoods up and act like humans. That is why there neighborhoods suck cause they make em that way.

Ok this may sound kind of weird but it seems to me that an alarmingly large - and growing - number of people seem incapable of SPELLING basic words.
I started noticing that most of the emails I get have a number of spelling mistakes - not to mention incorrect punctuation etc.

Worse yet, it seems to be getting more and more frequent even in books! I swear I haven't read a single book in the last 6 months that hasn't had several spelling, grammar AND punctuation mistakes.

Another thing I've noticed is that some people don't seem to be able to keep the "red thread" going throughout what they write - that is, some kind of coherence. It's even so bad that, in some books, the author repeatedly confuses different characters!

Is it just me or has anyone else noticed this too...?

I'm gonna be making a short movie this summer before I go to college and I'm having a hard time thinking of names for the characters. I need male and female names, first and last (not necessarily together, just either/or). The main characters are wealthy kids and it's set in a classic looking old estate. I was thinking names similar to the ones in Pride & Prejudice, like Elizabeth Bennet, because this movie is actually going to be a lot like that except set in modern times but with a classic feel.

The best answer goes to whoever has the best QUALITY names... if you give me a list of the 100 most popular baby names from 2005, that's not what I'm looking for. I want names that sound like they were used a long time ago, because the families in the movie are pretty much assumed to be descended from English old money.

The last names are especially important. Like I said, names like Bennet and Darcy (from Pride & Prejudice) are exactly what I'm looking for.

Thanks=)

It's been a blast doing a bit of debating with many of you. I've even enjoyed answering and being answered by those who have very different outlooks than I do. Keep discussing issues folks and best of look to all.

I'm out of here now.

i have been blessed with a pretty healthy family, but it really pisses me off to hear some scientists complain that they need more money for research, are you f***ing kidding me! if a college student said to his professor "i can't complete this essay until you pay me" he would get laughed at. we outsource each other thing in this country, we need to start outsourcing scientific research!!!! there are many people all around this globe just as smart as us, who can find cures for much less. it makes me so mad to know people are still dying over hundreds of diseases with the millions put into research. how much is enough!! --- this is dedicated to Anthony T. a 20 year old college student right now doing the same research his older and richer counterparts are doing, but for free, simply because a cure is more important than money. those bastards ...

I am so completely horrified that Karla Homolka (if you don't know who she is......google her) has just had a child. I don't believe she has been or ever will be rehabilitated.

Please spare me the "she found God" BS.

Is there even a remote possibility that she is able to be a mother?

kind of lifestyle would I typically lead? For instance, if I was married with children, and in my 30s or 40s, what type of products would I purchase more so than most Britons? What kind of car would I probably drive, and what style of house would I live in? Most importantly, what sort of recreational activities and hobbies would I take particular interest in? Which newspapers would I most likely read? Where would I prefer to go on holiday? What foods would make up a good portion of my diet? What sort of clothing would I prefer, and who would be some of my favourite retailers of these goods? What values in life would I most likely give priority to? Indeed, how would my lifestyle be different from people from other social classes and demographic groups in the UK? That is of course, if I was a university educated, middle-class, youngish to middle-aged married man with a family, and working in a profession like say, medicine, law, or academia, all while living in commuter London
