Who thinks action needs to be taken to save the UK? It seems at the moment as if the UK is really, really sliding down a looooong slope to Doom. We've had enough talking and not enough action, we're being turned in to a nation of sissy, sit-back-and-moan-without -actually-doing-anything louts who live off of booze, ASBOs, pilfering, liberty-taking immigrants with no national pride or identity...so much has changed in the last 40 years!

It's time us like-minded types got together and actually kicked some ****- we need to shape this once-great nation up, and quick! It's getting to the stage where I am ashamed to call myself British.

Who's with me?!

PS, note not all immigration is bad- only those who are unwilling to adopt the British ideals or want to claim welfare.

The man who works 14 hours per day, sometimes 6 days per week, but makes a very comfortable living and is able to buy many luxury items, lives in a very fine home and drives a new car.

OR

The man who never has to work another day in his life because he lives off of interest on his savings BUT this income is limited so he is not able to afford many luxuries, lives in a smaller clean but older home and drives a 10 year old car.

All other things being equal, which man is more "free"?

Beyond the obvious upset to her sons and estranged husband (who probably only had their millions of pounds and castles to console themselves), why should the death of a semi-educated woman who used public money to do little except go on holiday warrant such a stomach turning 'public outpouring of grief'? Are we now a stupidly sentimental nation placing higher value on celebrity than anything else?

My girlfriend is latina and I am white. I never treated my girlfriend with anything but love and respect. Her sister in law is constanly trying to talk bad about me and my race. She always calls me the two-face gringo when I go to her house. I know all women do this kind of stuff to an extent but It seems that Latina women hate it when a latina dates a white guy...they just can't handle it..why is this? Are latina women told lies about white men growing up?

Surely , by now, people have to realise that there are good & bad in ALL of us. WHY generalise or stereo-type? I think people who hate others , hate themselves. and I suggest natural paths people give me a thumbs down? I have seen what medication did to my sons father and how it made him suicidal. I see too many kids on psychiatric medication when a more natural, healthier approach can be used. If someone asks for an opinion about how the situation should be handled, and I give my opinion people have issues with it. I don't understand why some people are so quick to choose the easy path that masks symptoms rather then a permenant path that deals with the actual problems. Even a very good friend of mine who has a psychology degree and works with people who have emotional issues on a daily basis agrees with me.
