Who thinks action needs to be taken to save the UK? It seems at the moment as if the UK is really, really sliding down a looooong slope to Doom. We've had enough talking and not enough action, we're being turned in to a nation of sissy, sit-back-and-moan-without -actually-doing-anything louts who live off of booze, ASBOs, pilfering, liberty-taking immigrants with no national pride or identity...so much has changed in the last 40 years!
It's time us like-minded types got together and actually kicked some ****- we need to shape this once-great nation up, and quick! It's getting to the stage where I am ashamed to call myself British.
Who's with me?!
PS, note not all immigration is bad- only those who are unwilling to adopt the British ideals or want to claim welfare.
Come on, Britain- RISE UP!

Yeah your right, immigration is bad, and you can't blame those who get though because we would do the same in their position, yes we do need to wake in this country to the rest of the world we are the joke, the ones to be laughed at, but what can we do? if we strike back and kicked some a*** we would be as bad as those we are talking about, I feel before things get start to get better we first have to accept that we are to blame for most that happen in life, most crime is our fault, because we are greedy, there are those you say they are hard up, are they, they even say it when they light up, and order another pint down the pub.
Also without all these people coming over here who would run our local shops all hours? who would do it for such a small wage? NOT us, so before you kick butt, THINK where do we start. I for believe we do need a wake up call, but how? when? and where? answer that and we may get some where

You seem not to have noticed that you have for a long time been an integral part of the European Union. You are European - not British. Britain no longer exists surely ? You should go bravely into your future of integration with Europe rather than fearfully hold back. It is you who are the "Sissy" . It is you who are talking and have missed the "action". There is a phrase is there not ? Closing the stable door after the horse has bolted. The horse has left a long long time ago . You were not on it and really have only just realised it has gone. Were you asleep like the American Rip Van Winkle ? Are people laughing at your long white hair and walking stick ? The future is for the young , for those who are aware of what's going on around them . You have been left behind - do not drag them back or slow them down.

in actual fact, it only seems like things have changed, but actually it's all just the same really...
brits moaning, and boozing, and not doing much about the disasterous state of affairs. sorry but it is the truth.
but look on the bright side, at least the brits are happy in the winging endevours. be proud of the eternal optimism of british people, who dispite thinking the world is going to fall on their heads, still manage to have a bloody good time.
the french moan, do nothing, take anti depressants... fall short of the over dose limits and have a strike... then carry on moaning cos they made it worse than before.... so they grass up their next door neighbour for putting up a wall without permission to make themselves feel better.
that said... i've left the uk 'cos i'm sick of the politics, and pc crap... advise you do the same if you're that unhappy. otherwise i watch out in the news for the revolution.

the inhabitants of england will not rise up.. they sit on their chairs and watch eastenders. the only way to effect change i sturn the telly off, and maybe, theyll notice something is happening.
those of us who are aware, have real fears, we know our history, and realise that itll take a calamitous attack to galvanise people into action. and once begun, itll be horrific.
as brits we tend to be slow to anger..and for fifty or sixty years weve enjoyed a tranquil idyllic peace. people dont realise the golden age is long behind us. at the end of the day we are at war, and until clemet atlee stand on the steps of drowning street and announces it, the people will continue their idyll and be happy with a curry and a DVD.

I agree. The last two PM`s have totally betrayed all the British soldiers who died in WW2 fighting to retain the British way of life.

It's a PC world even with-out computers, everyone these days is afraid to speak their minds for fear of retribution. Unfortunately this particularly applies to our so called MP's who seem happy to ride the slide.
No one cares about this Country, just in it for the money and afraid of our own views.

This will never work when we are so closely connected to Europe. And how can we break those ties without economic problems ?
I can't see it getting any better.
