There's this board that I go to for chatting and more and I met some nice people over there.
When I first joined over there they welcomed me nicely like any other people and I've felt really good about it since then but now it's been over 4 months since I've been there and I feel like the people on the board don't like me as much, or they just dont want me anymore. If I make a topic, no one will reply or answer back but they will if someone else makes one. If I reply to something, it seems as if they're trying to ignore me and get me out of the conversation by ignoring me completely.

Now keep in mind I haven't posted anything that would make them angry at me. I'm a nice asian person, I may be dead serious or just plain crazy/bonkers but I really dont understand whats going on.

This is the first dance of the school year. I'm going to 10th grade guy but I've never been to a dance before. I'm just goin with friends. Can u tell me what dances r like. What do i wear, what do u do there other than dance, and will I have to dance. Also, in case I ask someone out, what do u do when slow dancing. And when theres like rock or something, what do u do? just jump up and down and wave ur arms or something? Thanks for answering.

I was just coming inside the house after playing a virgorous game of bball with my friend and he said he needed to go to the bathroom. 10 minutes later i walked concerned if he was constipated or if he fell down the toilet or soemthing like that. First, i went to the fridge to quench my thirst with some cool and refreshing gatorade. Second, i went upstairs to go check my email because i was expecting something important, Then, i went past my sis's room and noticed that the door was suspiciously closed for some reason. Being that we have central air and no vents in the rooms, our father told us to always keep the door open unless we wanted to be baked like potatoes under the heat case at wendys. Speaking of wendys, i heard slurping sounds like she was sucking down on a straw and like a piece of mail in a pneumatic tube the ice cream was speedily vooming up it. I opened the door and to my profound dismay, i saw her sucking off my friend. The worst part is after she saw me, she ....

Saw a program the other day. Ladies displaced from their New Orleans "housing project" were angry that they weren't back home yet. Authorities said the delay was because they wanted to create new public housing less conducive to the ills prone to public housing. The woman in her 40's and a set of twin ladies maybe in their 60's weren't pleased at the idea of not going back to their neighborhoods. This was where they'd grown up, and where they'd prefer to stay-they weren't able to afford unsubsidized housing, were struggling to make ends meet without it, SSI subsidies weren't enough. They were filmed walking, talking, cooking, caring for children. I do all these things and work and am depressed and injured and drunk at times, why are they getting money? Caveat: I realize helping people is good, rather see my tax money help than hurt. Gotta say,I was irritated that these folks who looked a lot like me were getting support. Am I wrong? How can one stay in the system so long?

Do you ever find yourself judging people with tattoos or odd piercings or who smoke. I find the above three turn me off about a person. I wish I could overlook those things but when I see a tattooed person I automatically judge the person by their tattoos. And a smoker, a hate the stench and the fact they're killing themselves with Niccotine. And weird piercings are the same as tattoos. I'm sure many of these tattooed smokers are friendly and sweet but I find I judge them and shy away from the oppurtunity to know a possibly great person.


Also I'm a real estate agent and my office doesn't allowe smokers (cigars are okay), visible tattoos, or more than two piercings per ear and none for men. I think these people have harder times getting jobs and I'm not exposed to them as often in my natural surronding.

My life is a real *****. Like a ride on the fastest roller coaseter with serious peaks and valleys. Can be really scary and the most fun you could imagine. I have a world of war stories and battle scars along with very good suucess. But I am about to have go seek out another brain doctor and figured I might look around here first. Dealing with it and society standards is whipping me again.

Is the media demonzing Iranian leadership the same way they did Saddam Hussein during the build up to Iraq war. Somehow I get the feeling they are doing this to make Iran leaders the enemies of the USA and western civilization, the new anti christ, same as they did with Saddam. the goverment is using the same pro western dissents for intelligence. The media playing that info as gospel truth. Sounds familiar...WMD. Are we demonizing Iran to justify to the Americans and British people a military invasion?

This pisses me off, ok, yeah, I'm italian, and my friends ( it was funny at first) but they keep calling me a wop, which is a really bad thing to call someone who's italian, its like calling a mexican a ******* or a beaner ( not trying to offend anyone) What should i do? Let me start off this story with I'm dead broke. I had alot of money, but have been unemployed for a few months now and now I have close to none.

I had a perfect job interview (finally), after a month of searching and they called me up, liked my application and wanted me in for an interview on Tuesday.

I came in, met the first guy, he liked me, so I made it to the second guy. I conversated with allt he employees already on staff, and felt like they all really genuinely liked my personality. The first guy and me had already hit it off.

On the interview with the second guy, we had a pretty good connection, and I left the interview feeling like.. wow, I just aced that. This job is mine. They told me at the end that they would call the applicants that they wanted for the positions on Thursday (today).

Well, after waiting all day, I didn't get a call. I'm so confused, I was so sure I was gonna get that job. I'm almost heartbroken, i can hardly afford the rent.

I'm about to be 24 and am thinking of changing my major from English to health care management. I have a great support system in my life and a new 9 month old and husband who is in the air force. I wanted to teach because of my obsession and appreciation for dead poets, And health care management will raise my pay grade. And still help people. For those of you with life experience, the question is, do you think I will regret it . What would you do? I feel i should have my career field together by now, such pressure?
