Are you for real? That still counts as statutory rape, and if you aren't making this crud up, tell your parents. Sis will be furious, but she's going to be in a heck of a lot more trouble if they don't stop her now.

Whew rough question! I cant tell you what you should do because its a very complicated question and you have to know the people involved to give a proper answer. If it was my sis I would probably tell my parents bec theres obviously some parental guidance needed here. It also seems obvious that she has done this before. If this story is true, then you need you tell your parents. Your Sister has some serious issues and problems that she needs to discuss with a councelor.

They are both under-aged, but he took advantage of her age. I cant understand how a 17 year old could do that to a12 year old. Thats a shame. If you dont tell your parents, your sister could end up with Herpes or AIDS from engaging in such risky behavior. TELL YOUR MOM.
