Last year, my grades slipped majorly because of exhaustion. Any ideas? I know there's getting lots of sleep and all that but what else?

if you eat healthier and stay in a pattern, it helps a ton. that same thing happened to me and i got into a schedule and ate better and my grades went back up. the downfall is sticking to the schedule even on weekends. if you sleep all day on saturday and have to be up and awake for the whole day on monday, your body clock is going to get messed up, and you'll be screwed.

Well...You might try scheduling your time. Set a time everyday to look over your school work and do what needs to get done. If you can cut back on some things so you don't go through a burnout faze. Good luck!!!

Get online and look at job openings in your feild. I do that when I start to have burn out. It reminds me of my goal. I also tell myself, I could have this job if I had my degree. Good luck!
