Should marijuana be legalized?

Personally, I am not a drinker nor a smoker (of either drugs or cigarettes) but I believe the benefits of legalizing marijuana are HUGE. First and foremost, we are losing TONS of money trying to curb the drugs that come from central and latin America...If we make such drugs readily available these drug lords' profits will be cut OVERNIGHT. Secondly, marijuana has some medical benefits and helps in the ease of pain of many patients. Lastly, to those of you who say this will destroy our future generations...All i can say is...LET THEM BE DESTROYED...They should realize and recognize the consequences of their actions and if they become addicted and hooked...thats their problem...They shoud be smarter than to try drugs.

We've cleaned up the air, but polluted the soul; We've split the atom, but not prejudice. We have higher incomes, but lower morals; We've become long on quantity, but short on quality.

why do women go back to the men that beat them?

I have a freind that is married. Her boyfriend at the time beat the hell out of her and put her in the hospital. Well two weeks later they go to the county court house and get married. At least once a month she is leaving him for the beatings but she always goes back. Right now they have been married for a little less than 6 months and she has left him again because he beat the **** out of her and put her in the hospital. But we all have a feeling that she will go back. I have been married for 3 1/2 years and my husband has never raised a hand to me. But I know that if he did he would be sorry. So why do women constantly put themselves through the abuse?

is THE CROW a juggalo?

ok, i've just gotten done reading through the graphic novel by J. O'BARR, for like the 100-someodd time. & aside from it being such a badass book, i've began to wonder, could the reserected erik draven be a juggalo. look at the facts, he is painted up like a harlequin-which is a type of clown. he doesn't die, which, if you listen to some icp, they claim that too! & he does use a hatchet in one scene.
so with the clues i've come across. what do you think?

What is an American?

I'm a third generation American yet I still constantly get questions from foreigners on " where I'm from" as they put it. When I say I'm an American they usually snicker and give me a look. I'm not sure they understand our history and the fact that all Americans come from diverse ethnic backgrounds. I don't fit the stereotype of the blew eyed blond haired American and that throws them off.
