My favorite is Twice Baked (you can hear some of their clips at the link below)

Their cd is made for it. The first song is an instrumental that lasts about as long as it takes to load it up and smoke it so when that buzz starts hitting, it is time for the rest of the album. Every song is a different style, and some have humerous lyrics as well.

I also like Pink Floyd, Grateful Dead, Phish, etc. when beyond intoxicated...

That would really be a matter of personal taste. I prefer music that has polyrhythymic percussion which is good for generating a deep trance state; but nothing that is overly vocal, stimulating, and/or agitating. So, I'm inclined towards world music, such as Dead Can Dance, Shadowfax, etc. However, I also find Tool has a really advanced sense of rhythmic potential. Shamanic inspired music is wonderful when you can find it: for example, Gabrielle Roth.

Depends on my mood. Your mood has more to do with what you'll want to hear than being intoxicated does. Sometimes I like something light. Other times I like something very heavy.
