I have been doing some research on spirit guides (or whatever you prefer to call them) and I was wondering how I could find out what my guide is and how I can reach it/ them. I have searched online, but alot of the things I found were vague or didn't work. I understand that a guide won't show itself to me right away.

How will I be able to tell when its there?

Can I communicate with it through meditation, lucid dreaming, astral projection, or some other method? If so, how?

Again, how will I know what it is? I have done tests, and a majority said dragon or dog.

Please post websites and books that have useful information (preferably websites. I am broke and can't afford books ;) )

If you would like me to add more details IM me, e-mail me, or just ask in your post and I will add more.

NOTE: Please do not answer if you do not believe in guides. I do not want mean remarks about my eternal soul or my mind. PLEASE DO NOT POST PRAYER/ SCRIPTURE!!!

I mean as long as the green card thing is all right of course. Nothing worse than an illegal Canadian killer spotted land trout stealing all those vegetable picking jobs that so many Americans are lining up to do!!

i crave something but i do not know what it is, when i'm around people i feel fine but others feel tired, i get a stomach ache when i eat normal food, i've always been interested in vampires, sunlight gives me a headache, i feel more awake at night than i do in the daytime, i have a very strong sence of smell, i "space out" a lot, i hear things others do not, i have an extremely high metabolism, and i am hardly ever sick. I just want to know if i am a vampire or not.

Indigenous to the Borreal Forrest of Canada these remarkable land based fish can achieve up to seventy kilometers per hour in a charge. Caution must be exercised when approaching them. Have they been spotted in Your region yet?

I heard an interesting fact once about where the phrase OK comes from.

Basically during the War (well a war but no too sure which one, would guess WW1) they used to keep a tally of the dead. They would chalk it up on a black board for all to see. If there were soldiers Killed that day then it would say 12 K, 22 K, 16 K or what ever. However if none were killed that day it would say 0 K so people would say that it is OK meaning knowbody died at least .

And that is where the phrase elegedly comes from.

Has anyone else heard this and do you belive it? Also does anyone have any other interesting facts like that?

Many thanks!!!

I'm interested to know where the term 'John Doe' comes from. I know that it's used a lot in the USA for naming unidentifed bodies, but wondered why?

In ancient astronomy, who was orion? Why did he have two dogs?
Can anyone tell me what orion did before he became a part of the constellation (a god?), what his job was, why he had two dogs, and what happened to cause him to be a part of the constellation.
Why did he have stars on his belt? What roles did majis canis play in egyptian, roman, indian mythology? What events/purpose did this star cause or play on earth, i.e. it was the brightest star, dog days of summer or flooding of the Nile.

I am absolutely clueless about mythology and astronomy. To me a star is a star. They all look the same. Thanks

Youve been in a deep sleep, when suddenly you are awakened by a feeling you are not alone. You open your eyes and see a figure at the bottom of your bed. Its to tall to be any children you may have and if you have a partner they are asleep beside you and you cannot seem to be able to wake them up. What would you do?
