This myth has never been proven. Statistically there have not sunk or disappeared more ships and planes here than anywhere else. But still there seem to be stores about compasses doing strange things and ships disappearing without a trace.
The Bermuda triangle has a lot of volcanic activity, what makes the local earth magnetic field distorted, sometimes even very much. This can fool the pilot and desorientate him.
There's also a lot of methane trapped in the bottom of the sea-floor in that area. Sometimes spontaneous, or maybe because of a small earth-quake, some gas can escape and rise to the sea's surface. It's pretty bad if your ship is there at that very moment, because ships don't float on gasses.

Do you mean the Bermuda Triangle? It's a very strange and also very beautiful place. Used to vacation on some of the many islands in the south atlantic with my family when I was younger. I can't expalin it,but even though the place was very beautiful, the waters down there gave me the creeps. Didn't even know about the triangle back then. The place just creeped me out.

It is in the Sargasso Sea off the coast of Brimuta. Mariners and pilots who can't read or can't spell correctly have a history of vanishing there.

why don't you go to the Bermuda triangle and find out, if you make it back you can tell us all about it, maybe while there the mysteries of you not knowing how to spell will be solved.
