Hi there,
I'm preparing myself for IELTS exam .
For I don't have sufficient time to attend relevant classes , I study it alone. My problem is that i don't know how to learn and memorize new words. For learning Grammar, for instance,I've heard that writing would help us learn it better but how about new words? Is there any way to learn them fast and of course permanently ?
Thank you very much for your guide.

However, while reliance upon, and participation within the informal sector provision of environmental services has enabled the poorer households to survive (especially provision of water supply), it has also exacerbated socio-economic inequities. Informal provision *of otherwise* non-existent services for water supply and sanitation has made urban poor a captive market whose ‘ability to pay’ can not be measured by what they are currently required to pay for the largely unregulated, informal water supply and sanitation services.

Is everyone smarter than me?

I only know 1 language. ENGLISH!
But it seems almost everyone I know now, they got to know English, Spanish, French, Chinese, at least 4 or 5 if not 8 or 10 languages.

Gee, I know English probably 2 or 3 times better than most, but, I still feel dumb.

Does anyone else ever feel this way?
