This is an issue for conflict of law rules. But each Country has its own rules.

If you want to sue your insurance company in a American court,
1) check if company has offices or assets in USA: if it don't have that, it's not useful to sue them in a US Court (even if you could sue them in USA, then you will have to probate American sentence in a German court in order to seize company assets).
2) if they have goods or assets in USA, you have to check that American court can try about under local law (US or State, i don't know ): usually insurance policy have a special clause for judge, but this can be not valid under some law; or local law prevents courts to decide against nonresident defendant

Merci beaucoup !!!

I work in a small company and the owner and a few other worker are from Iran and they know english very well but always speak in Farsi to each other in front of the other staff.
I think it is disrespectful to those of us that don't speak Farsi.
Should I not worrie about it or say something to them?

I seriously need to know what these mean in Spanish ASAP. Gracias.

-The cars go too fast; they make me nervous. The pedestrians don't seem to pay much attention to the traffic.

-A truck is following me and the driver seems angry. Since there are no traffic lights or stop signs the trucks can go fast here.
