I have been trying to stick up Christmas lights INSIDE of my windows for the past week!!! I cannot put them on the outside of my place, because we rent and live in apartments. I am using tape because I cannot use push pins on my windows. I have tried three different tapes, masking tape, double sided, and packing tape. None will hold up. Eventually the tape will come off on its own, even if I layer it 2-3 times. I am getting really frustrated! Please help! I want Christmas lights :(

I like the LL Bean commercial with the kids looking for their presents - they find one, open it and it's a note from Mom - "You're not even close" - they wind up the flashlight and go off searching anew. That tickled me.

He's really hard to buy for. He hates cologne, he's not the handyman type. He loves music, but he downloads all his own stuff for himself. He is into sports, but that's getting old. Am I the only one who has the holiday blues because of MONEY? I'm so broke and I cannot afford to buy hardly anything for my kids for Christmas (I plan on buying them a CD each). Granted they're older and they DO understand (twins 18 & 16 year old all boys) Not to mention my parents, my nephew, my sister, and my fiancee. I know that's not the real reason for the holidays, but I'm just down about being SO BROKE...argh. I TRY not to let it get to me, but everyone around me at work is going on & on about they bought this, they bought that. I go visit friends and they have gifts galore under their tree, I have ZERO...How in the world do I feel better?

If you were born on Dec. 31st instead of Jan. 1st do you have more fun. I was born on Dec 31st and I love it because there are parties all over the world on my birthday and not a one person can say that about Jan 1st where the party is almost over when the day starts.
