In short, the festive atmosphere all around.
I like how the Christmas lights are strung everywhere and illuminate the night and the feeling (even if illusory) that everyone's a bit friendlier than they are at other times of the year.
It's not a "tradition" per-se, but I do see it every year. And I hope it remains so in the future.

Christmas decorations.
Christmas carols & songs, especially listening to Snoopy battle it out with the Red Baron!
Christmas baking -- Butter Raisin Turnovers, Sugar Cut-Out Cookies, Stolen, Kuechen, Plum Pudding.
Sending & receiving Christmas cards.
Brightly colored packages under the tree.
Stockings hung by the chimney with care.
Watching a Charlie Brown Christmas.
I couldn't give up any of them.

Midnight Mass - and I mean a REAL Midnight Mass. The one that actually ends around 1am on Christmas Morning. I love the sounds of the choir, the smell of the incense, the low light of the canldes, and the tolling of the bells in the snow when I come out. It's very very restful.
