I have been trying to stick up Christmas lights INSIDE of my windows for the past week!!! I cannot put them on the outside of my place, because we rent and live in apartments. I am using tape because I cannot use push pins on my windows. I have tried three different tapes, masking tape, double sided, and packing tape. None will hold up. Eventually the tape will come off on its own, even if I layer it 2-3 times. I am getting really frustrated! Please help! I want Christmas lights :(

Go and get some of those tiny little suction cups from a craft store and then use hot glue to glue them where you want the lights, afterwards, put your lights in the hooks of the little suction cups...works like a charm . Everything else won't stick because of the climate change. Tape doesn't stick well in too cold or too hot situations. But hot glue...that stuff will hold through anything and you can just peel it off when Christmas is over without damaging anything.

Try those sticking hooks that don't leave any sticky material behind.

Don't put them up they are tacky a waste of electricity and light pollution, be more responsible and think of the environment
