Trees, ornaments with candy canes and santas, and red and green bows with holly are *Christmas-related*. Please, people, they are not related to any other holiday!

Its great to be all inclusive, since there are a lot of holidays in December for people of all ethnic backgrounds and religions, but when stores specifically market Christmas decorations and paraphernalia as “holiday”, that is insane!

And also, stores are willing to make tons of money off of Christmas, (with presents, decorations, and food items) but they are embarrassed to use the word in print or let their employees say “Merry Christmas”?

So, I would like to say:
MERRY CHRISTMAS! Peace on Earth, Goodwill towards men!

(how can the message of peace and goodwill be offensive?)

Any Comments?

Okay. So my roommates are making cookies and I saw them putting on red and green sprinkles. I then said, "Why are you putting on red and green sprinkles? Why don't you use blue and orange sprinkles?" They responded with, "Because those are the colors for Christmas." So my question to the world is:

Who determined that red and green are the official colors for Christmas?

a big yes, I'd say. Take the good with the bad. If Clinton were still president, we'd have a better chance with this idea.
