Go to a thrift store! Or like salvation army! You can find a ton of 80s and 90s stuff for totally cheap.
Ask your parents! they might have some ideas and might even have some old clothes!
Monday: Look up a picture of the flapper girls and try to make something! I'd say thats your hardest day...
Tuesday: Wear jeans rolled up to almost capri length with socks and converse if you have 'em! tuck in a white plain t shirt and put your hair in a high pony tail. Tied with a ribbon. Or if you wanna get really into it, have your mom help you make a poodle skirt.
Wednesday: Wear flared jeans and write all over or tie dye a white shirt. Write things like GROOVY and Peace! tie a bandana around your head wear your hair down and straight. Wear platforms if you have 'em.
Thursday: Check the thrift store maybe you could find an old band shirt. Otherwise just wear lots of neon colors, lots of bracelets, cut the fingers off a pair of mittens and maybe only wear one. If you have bangs make em big! Wear a tank top under a sweatshirt and cut the neck and the cuffs off the sweatshirt.
Friday: check this website: http://www.inthe90s.com/generated/clothes.shtml

Flappers wore short straight shifts with lots of long beads and short puffy hair - They wore Hose up to the knee and rolled them over with fancy garters.
Fifties: Ponytails, long full skirts (tons of petticoats) with white blouses, neck scarfs and bobby socks or classic cardigan sweaters worn backward and buttoned down the back OR thin legged pants and turtleneck sweaters and loafers - cat eye glasses or shades
70' Hippy flower child wear - or old low cut jeans with satin lace top like Renaissance wear or velvet romantic - long straight hair.
80' Big hair shoulder pads lots of makeup and jewelry - Madonna
90' s you remember the 90's
Thrift shops - Salvation Army and Good Will shops - raid Mom and your Granma's closets
FUN!

I believe some form of pedal pushers are involved in all of this eras so all you need is a top to compliment them. Oh and each decade has a different type of hair style so you could focus on that for an inexpensive effect.
