Every year, on halloween night, I see kids out there having fun, getting candy, dress up in cute costumes, You know what sucks, you look out the window, seeing kids having fun out there and you can't go out there yourself! Why? Because mother won't let you! Every year you cry, you can't have any fun at all, I ask mom why she won't let me go out, and get candy, and she's like "We're a Christian family, we don't celebrate it". I would tell her I'm not Christian, but she still won't let me go to parties, and dress up" Yes, It sucks. I know, I'm 17 now, and I still never went trick or treating, I would tell kids that, but everyone stares at me. They say, you suck, how could you not ever celebrate halloween, this is what being a kid is all about.!

I want to ask my mom, but I don't know how to persuade her. Am I too old for trick or treating, I don't want to miss out on all the fun. This is my last chance, to do this, to experience halloween for the first time!

Halloween, is usually the most boring day of the year, I wanna watch scary movies, but as long as mother in near the living room, I can't, and I have a 5 yr old in the house.

Man Life sucks, it really does. sometimes I wish I were born to better parents.

How can I persuade my mom to let me have fun and go trick or treating?!

I need an idea for a teenage guys halloween costume. He has no idea what to go as, and he is my date to a costume party. We need somthing REALLY cheap. We're going to good will tonight, to by a tux for my costume, and i thought maybe we could look for somthing for him. So, any cheap quick ideas? Thanks so much =) Btw, he refuses to dress as a girl

My girlfriend works at the mall. On Halloween she has the day off. And in the afternoon she wants to dress me as a cheerleader in short skirt, wig and makeup.Then she wants to hold my hand and walk around the mall. She will be dressed as a football player. Hi. So yeah i think i lost my previous costume that i was planning on wearing during the time i was moving my stuff from one house to another.

As of right now i only have a cape with red collar.
i was wondering if anyone could think of anything i could do to obviously make this into a costume.
It would be nice to have prices as low as possible seeing that my parents will NOT buy me a new costume.

at church we have a "safe" thing where we decorate the trunks of our cars/entire car in a theme. We park our cars in the parking lot and fill the trunk with candy and people trick or treat from us that way. The theme we chose is the 50s. We have the usual Party City stuff. Even harmless things like trick or treat have pagenistic meanings. They gave treats to ward off spirits. Jack O laterns, witches lit them to do spells. Every bit is terrible and wrong. Any1 agree?
