Hi. So yeah i think i lost my previous costume that i was planning on wearing during the time i was moving my stuff from one house to another.
As of right now i only have a cape with red collar.
i was wondering if anyone could think of anything i could do to obviously make this into a costume.
It would be nice to have prices as low as possible seeing that my parents will NOT buy me a new costume.

You can do some amazing things with garbage bags. Black ones will make you a tunic, and pair those with some black pants and your red cape, and you can be some sort of devil.
Can you get face paints? You can do a lot with face paints.
Also, you might ask some of the kids at school if they've got some old costumes they'd be willing to share. I know it's hard to ask people you hardly know, but it might be the beginning of a beautiful friendship. (-: Be sure and give them something nice out of your treat bag!

then dress up like a vampire. wear that red collar n u wud probably b havin black shirt, pant n boots. wear 'em n get ur self a black cloak 2 fix at the back. get sumthin white n fix it in ur teeth. gud luck count dracula!
