is halloween only celebrated in US? Who celebrate it and is it for fun purpose for kids or for religious or traditional purposes.
Are adults serious about it or can ignore it?

no its just a fun holiday when you get to dress up and collect candy and you can scare people :)
its just for children and its just for fun its mostly common in america and your not obliged to celebrate it :)

No it's celebrated in other countries. Just not exactly like we do it. To some it's a candy gathering fun holiday. To others it is the mark of the New Year and the veil between the worlds are thin. Remembering ancestors and your family dead are in order.
