My boyfriend & I are dining at a pretty nice restaurant tomorrow for valentines day, which is also for our 2yr anniversary also. I usually just wear jeans and heels but I'm not sure if I should dress up dress up for once, I have this simple black strap dress I've bought for NYE but never got to wear it so should I take the chance and wear it this time?

I'm 16 and a junior in high school, and he is 18 and a senior in college. We started dating when he was still living at home, and now he lives 2 hours away but still visits me a lot. He is coming home this weekend to visit me and celebrate valentines day with me, but I haven't gotten him anything yet. He isn't really a big fan of chocolate, and I just got him cologne as one of his Christmas gifts, then I gave him a frame with a picture of us in it, and made him a mix CD for his birthday. Alright, so there's this guy i really like and he knows I like him. I told him my feelings, but he didn't feel the same. Things are starting to get less awkward between us now that we occasionally talk.
