I'm a goth,13 and nearly all the biys (and a few girls) tease me about it!what gets me most is that they assume that they know everything about me because of how i choose to live!they say i slit my wrists and stupid stuff like that!i just want a few come backs to get them off my back and a lil advice

Here's whatsisname not feeling too good and going out to top himself, he lets the rest know as if they didn't already and the rest keep doing what they were doing, whittling sticks maybe.
A team is a team is a team. all for one and one for all, the team wins or loses, it's not a question of the individual.
'Scott of the Antartic' and his shameful crew turned their heads while a fellow crewman killed himself in the mistaken, or hopeful, belief that he was helping them.
It was a shameful disgraceful episode in British history and 'Scott of the Antartic' is a shameful disgraceful example of leadership to all of us.

I'm American, and have never lived in another country. However, in the wake of all the mess we have gotten ourselves into, I'm not very proud to be here, and consider moving to another country someday. Is this normal? Or am I crazy? I know there are the positive things about our country, but there are so many negatives as well. I'm just very confused, and angry at the way "We" act at times. Makes me really wonder if I should raise children here someday...

It amazing that some people still believe something as abstract as intelligence can be quantified a single test. Most reasonable people have abandoned this notion.

The original type of IQ (the ratio IQ) was calculated as 100 multiplied by the ratio of your mental age to your actual age. But obviously this is only practical for children.

So this method was replaced by calculating the "IQ" as a percentile based on a mean of 100 (devaince IQ). This measurement, though referred to as intelligence quotient, isn't a quotient at all.

So why is that people consistently mention IQ scores as eveidence of one people superiority over another, when all they are doing is making it plainly apparent that they lack their own cognitive ability?

You know how African American people can have Black History Month why do we white people not have White History Month, White Pride Day, and things like that? We should be just as honored as any other race. But we are ''claimed'' to be racist if we dare try anything like that

We as Americans are so divided on the feelings of this war in Iraq. We are not only taking the lives that are lost in vain by denying this war, we are creating so much hate toward fellow americans. This is the beging of many things to come, and it is the beginging of what I see as another civil war in America. There is no way to stop political wheels from turning, we all know that, esoecially when war has been st in motion, we must finish what we start, but by the end of this , with all the hate the americans are expressing towards one and other about what is right or worng, we may be in to deep to not fight among ourselves. Maybe in some peoples eyes this war is wrong, but cant you support your brothers and your sisters neighbors friends and children that are dying for you? Or would you rather keep putting America down! Thats your call, you go stand up to those soilders and tell them how stupid this fight is!

I'm black. I don't care for OJ or Robert Blake. I'm indifferent either way, but here's my gripe: White people seem to love bashing OJ and when i see a white person on TV talking about the whole thing disgust seems to ooze from thier pores. Not because he is a murderer who go off, but because he is a Black murder who killed white people and got off. Now for all the caucasians reading this saying i am "pulling the race card" i am not. He probably did it. I dont know. I dont care. Robert Blake probably did it too. But i just think there is something eerily strange about the fact that white people didn't seem to get as outraged in that case. Now to be completely honest, I do get a little offended by this fact as black american. it has nothing to do with OJ. To hell with OJ. It just seems to me that there is a higher value placed on white life than any other race (ummm... Natalie Holloway). And it seems like whites never want to talk about it. it's always "pulling the race card" What's up?
