I know this is a weird question. Most of us accept the environment in which we are born, but I think that I would "claustrophobic" in some way being so far from the coast.

How you live without fresh seafood is a whole other story!

I can't help but wonder if there are other couples out there in my similar situation who could be so kind as to offer me advice on how to find employment. How are other senior citizens handling not finding jobs? I lost my job last December because of my age and made too much money. The employers of today do not seem to be senior friendly. Should my resume be written differently? Should I look out of state, if yes, How do I do this? Do other seniors have alternatives that maybe I am overlooking?

Last week I walked into my daughter's room thinking she wasn't home and I caught her having sex with her best friend. Obviously her friend is also a girl or I wouldn't be here. They are both 16. If she's gay then that's ok with me; I love her no matter what.

If she were having sex with a guy at her age, I wouldn't allow it. I also feel like a hypocrite because I was fooling around with guys at her age. I'm realistic that if these two are emotionally involved that they'll find a way to be together if I forbid it.

They've been friends for years now and there's no way I could break up their friendship even if I wanted to. I'm not sure I do want them apart though, it's normal for her to date at this age and she'd hate me if I denied her that. I just can't give her the impression that I approve of her having sex with anyone at her age but I don't want her to think there's anything wrong with being gay.

I'm in a small town in the middle of the bible belt, and I'm immensely curious about the bdsm culture. I think it would be right for me and very interesting, but I'm not totally sure as I've never been around it.

How would I gain experience with bdsm and have the freedom and *safety* to experiment? There are is one bdsm group in my city, but it's full of folks with years, often decades, of experience.

I feel that joining up while knowing next to nothing would be like a toddler joining a footrace. Am I wrong? Would they be fairly understanding of a complete greenhorn, or would this be like going back to high school with all the cliques?

Help!

What non-bias reliable evidence do you have to support your claim? Baring in mind that anything which is religious based does not count, as it is going to be biased without any actual study.

The American Psychologigal Association have actually bothered to do several full studies concerning this, rather than just assuming that they were right without looking it to the situation properly, and they've determined that it is NOT a choice http://www.apa.org/topics/orientation.html . More qualified organisations , such as Boston University, South Bank University, ARS Technica etc have also come to the same conclusion. These and more all know what they're doing since they're the professionals. You are not. So, what makes you think that the world's main-stream qualified psychological and biological organisations are wrong, and you (with no study or evidence) are right?

Because in reality, you sound as dumb as someone who still refuses to except that the world is round, and not flat.

She tells true tales of her kinsmen this is true
But on this day she lies a wee bit to you.
She told of fair men & damsels too,
who were given wine & smokes, but just a few.
Then the building did shake
And even the cook was at stake.
The closet's became a portals into fun time
And, we the dragons, started our rhyme.
The folks became beasties in that brothel of sin
And this is where a new story begins.
Though the Scott has honor, that is for sure
Her cottage may not be so pure.
Has she been taken over my magic?
Only a dragon can save her & her habit.

My girfriend and I found out about a "Childfree" club. We have attended two events. I was told by "breeders" that it was just a "sex club", or a bunch of people sitting around complaining about children. I was sceptical, so we joined.

It was great. We sat around and drank. We laughed. We talked about current events, weather, vacations, movies, and such. Nobody's mobil phone rang. Nobody complained about kids, or ever made any "Childfree" jokes. In fact, nothing negative was brought up. Most everyone was educated, successful, and world traveled. I never seen so many highly functional people all together at once.

A very healthy, spry-looking 95-year-old man moves into a nursing home. He walks up to a frail looking man walking down the hall with a walker, and says: "How old do you think I am?" The man answers: "I'd say 60." "Nope, I'm 95!" the man boasts. Down the hall, he sees a woman in a room watching TV from a wheelchair & walks up to her and asks her to guess his age. Right away she unzips his fly & fondles him for a few minutes, then looks at him and says: "You're 95." The man looks at her incredulously and asks: "How did you know that?" She shrugs and says: "I heard you tell the fellow in the hall."

My Mom collected them at grocer, service stations and other places. I know this sounds weird but, it was a family thing! My sister and I would take turns placing them in the redemption books. Each time we got an entire book filled, with stamps, you would have thought we were celebrating a huge event! lol

Did you or, your parents collect them too?

Awwww, I miss those days!!

One evening, a family brings their frail, elderly mother to a nursing home and leaves her, hoping she will be well cared for. The next morning, the nurses bathe her, feed her a tasty breakfast, and set her in a chair at a window overlooking a lovely flower garden.

She seems O.K. but after a while she slowly starts to lean over sideways in her chair. Two attentive nurses immediately rush up to catch her and straighten her up.

Again, she seems O.K. but after a while she starts to tilt to the other side. The nurses rush back and once more bring her back upright. This goes on all morning.

Later, the family arrives to see how the old woman is adjusting to her new home. "So Ma, how is it here? Are they treating you all right?" they ask.

"It's pretty nice," she replies. "Except they won't let you fart."
