Is effeminacy in gay men borne of natural gender-role traits that subvert the female heterosexual as being *desireable* in attracting other gay men or is being *camp* a superficial parody (or protest) of how society defines masculinity?

I've personally met or encountered a lot of Americans in here.
(or maybe they are not all americans, but let's say they are "westerns".
And there is one thing in common about them.
They are usually "fragrant" people (exaggerated perfumes) but i like their smell which would inevitably make me think that they are as "clean" physically as the way their perfumes "suggest."

But my question is "Am i right of thinking that way?"
Are these people mostly really "clean" " down" there, too?
and you know what im saying... :)

I sure hope their perfumes dont hide their true odor..

If you try to refer to an African American boy using the word

The guy with short frizzy hair,

they'll call you a racist. So how would you refer to a black/ African American person the way that it's not offensive? Why do they take it so personal? WHY can't they understand that they've left me no choice to refer to them? What's wrong with being an African-American? LOL

Being 13, one of the biggest things that I have noticed in Public Middle School is that many kids whom are gifted with mental ability (Honors classes, GT classes, etc) do not wish to use their gift. Apparently, being stupid makes them cooler?

Has the United States come down to hiding natural talents just to fit into with the vast majority whom are not as gifted?

I'm not saying the vast majority is stupid, I'm saying that there are smarter people whom try to "act" or even "be" stupid to
"fit in".

It may sound crazy to some of you who are not currently in middle school (Most of you) but it's happening. I myself even found myself becoming a victim of this. People would make fun of me for getting As on tests, and I decided I had to stop. Then I realized - Suceeding in school does not make me any less of a person at all.

I realized that being smart does not make you a "Geek" or a "Nerd" (not that I was ever called that)

Why do kids hide their talent? Opinions?

What if God saw how humans were taking over the world while poor children starve in Africa and other poor Nations. So as a solution he made more and more Gay people because they can't have children together and must adopt them. So gay people are really God's Gift to try and stop unsafe population growth

I mean in within each race there are differences in skin pigments. It seems that in each culture the lighter skin people are valued more and put on a pedestal. I've seen this in the Indian culture, Latino/Hispanic cultures, African American etc.. I'm a very dark skin Black woman (originally from Uganda) as a kid I was picked on because of that.....but why? I don't get what's so ugly about dark skin and what's so better about light skin? Are we conditioned to think that the lighter you are the prettier, the better you are? We can't just blame the media because the "media" is somewhat a reflection of our society and how we interpret things as people. I would love to hear other's opinions and views on this topic. I'm really not trying to cause racial tension or anything, I just want to understand this whole skin color issue better.

She told me a few times that jews are controlling the world and are trying to kill all white people by forcing multiculturalism on us, we recently moved to a new town that is almost all white, its a small town, and the other day we were driving around and a saw a barbershop that was flying a confederate flag in the front...
And this isn't in the south, its in southern California.

Why do people have to torture us more? They feel like we can't make decisions for ourselves. They figure they can make our decisions FOR us. & when we're smart enough to stand up for ourselves, they wanna slap us back down. They figure that disability=stupidity.

I'm upset because my social worker doesn't want me with any friends, & the advice on her Y!A, people are telling me that I should do what she tells me to do. & my case manager feels that I should be put in a group home. Why don't I have a right to live upon my own decisions & suffer my INTERNAL consequences? Why do I have to suffer outside consequences that is INFLICTED upon me? Why do I have to suffer consequences as a result of other people's opinions?

Do you people with disabilities feel like other people are trying to run your life because they think you don't know any better?

I really want to be stright. I dont want to be gay but i think i am. I like looking at men naked and women 2. I want to be with women so much more but i like guyes to. I dont want to be bi either. I walk with a severe limp and often use a cane, but you should see the looks I get from people if they over hear me calling my handicap placard a "gimp pass" in the parking lot. Hey, I have a sense of humor about my disablility...why can't you people?

In the Bible, when did the Jews become Jews? Were Adam and Eve the first Jews?

I am curious how the dissention among the chosen people/believers played out, there were Eastern cultures, Gentiles, Greek polytheists, and pagans in the world, how did they come to be? Is this what the tower of Babel was about? Or the 12 tribes of Israel?
