I've personally met or encountered a lot of Americans in here.
(or maybe they are not all americans, but let's say they are "westerns".
And there is one thing in common about them.
They are usually "fragrant" people (exaggerated perfumes) but i like their smell which would inevitably make me think that they are as "clean" physically as the way their perfumes "suggest."

But my question is "Am i right of thinking that way?"
Are these people mostly really "clean" " down" there, too?
and you know what im saying... :)

I sure hope their perfumes dont hide their true odor..

I find perfumes or colognes are a turn off. I can't be around anyone who is wearing a lot of either for very long. I am U.S. American and I find as a whole we tend to be obsessed with bathing and brushing and flossing.
I don't know of anyone who doesn't bathe everyday. And that does mean scrubbing all over.

How would I know if people were clean 'down there' without looking?

What the hell do you need to know that for? Take their pants off yourself.

As long as people don't stink, I am not asking anyone about "down there". I have better things to do.
